Return Policy
Original Condition
Please check your order for correctness upon arrival for correct items ordered and quantity ordered and report any discrepancies as soon as possible. All items must be returned in manufacturers original box with all instructions, hardware accessories, etc. Item(s) MUST be in resaleable condition and unused. Please DO NOT write the return authorization number or addresses on manufacturers box. This makes the item non resalable and credit will not be issued
Returns are classified into two categories. Company Error and Customer Error.
Company Error
Returns will not be accepted after 7 Days. Orders returned within 7 days will be credited 100% of the invoiced amount if the item is in complete resalable condition. You must return goods via our courier or Australia Post (Must be trackable). You MUST wait for our return instruction (we will supply a RMA number to you) before sending the goods back. The Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.
Customer Error/Cancellation
The Customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the costs to return the goods to Electronics Market. Returns will not be accepted after 7 Days. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and costs. Orders returned within 7 days will be credited the invoice amount LESS the original shipping costs and associated fees, less 50% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.
Warranty
Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details. Manufacturers typically provide us with a 3month warranty for the parts we use and supply, so we will extend this warranty to our customers. Modifying firmware on any item sold by Electronics Market will void the warranty. We strongly recommend our customers do not play with original firmware. If you are unsure about warranty policies, please contact us prior to the purchase.
Shipping
Standard Fixed Shipping Rate
All orders will have a fixed shipping fee applied. Currently our fixed fee for shipping is $16.50 (including GST).
However, we reserve the right to ask for additional shipping if you have purchased a very large or very heavy item which will cost us more than usual to send to you. This does not normally happen with most parts except for large refrigerant compressors or big TV screens. If additional charges will apply and you are not happy with these additional charges, we will kindly give you a full refund and cancel your order.
Shipping Delays
Please DO NOT ask for Availability Check prior to purchasing the part. If we do not have the part in stock, we will immediately order directly from Samsung in Australia. If the part is not available from Samsung Australia within a reasonable time, we will contact you with details and if you are not happy to wait we will kindly provide a full refund.
Typical Shipping Times
If we have the part in stock, then it will usually get to you within 2 days, however if the part has to come from Samsung then it may around 7 working days before you get it. If you need a part is really urgently please put a note in the shipping details page when you order the part and we will try our best to expedite the process for you.
International Shipping
We do not ship to any locations outside of Australia. However, if you have a very special request, then please contact us and we will see if we can help, however please be aware that international shipping from Australia is very expensive and would probably cost you at least AU$100 just for shipping.
